The Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Swadhar Yojana is implemented by the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance for students studying in colleges belonging to the Scheduled Caste and Neo-Buddhist categories.(DR.B.R AMBEDKAR SWADHAR YOJNA)

Due to limited space in government hostels, students belonging to Scheduled Caste and Neo-Buddhist categories are not allowed to enter government hostels, thus limiting their educational access. In order to provide food, accommodation and educational facilities to Scheduled Caste and Neo-Buddhist students so that they do not face any obstacles in pursuing post-matriculation education, the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance has launched the Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Swadhar Yojana from 2016 to 17.

DR.B.R AMBEDKAR SWADHAR YOJNA : What is Eligibility?

1. The student should be a Scheduled Caste and a Neo-Buddhist.
2. The student should be between 18 and 65 years of age.
3. The student’s family income should be less than 2.5 lakhs.
4. The student should be a citizen of India.
5. The student should not be a local resident of the municipal area.
   The student should be admitted to an educational institution within 5 kilometers of the municipal limits.
6. The student should have at least 50% marks in 10th and 12th.
7. The student should be studying in 11th/12th, ITI, DIPLOMA, UG/PG, Professional UG/PG.

1. Caste Certificate
2. Domestic Certificate
3. Ration Card
4. Aadhar Card (Mobile Number Link Required)
5. PAN Card
6. Bank Passbook (Aadhar Card Link Required)
7. Income Proof
8. Previous Year Marksheet of 10th-12th Class
9. Living Certificate T.C
10. Bonafide Certificate (Cap Round Certificate for Professional Course)
11. Gap Certificate (If there is a gap in education)
12. Student’s Declaration (Self-Declaration)
13. Parent’s Declaration
14. Rent Agreement (With Light Bill) Notarized or Affidavit Required
15. Certificate of Distance of College 5 km
16. Student’s Attendance Certificate (Semester) Must be More Than 75%
17. Validity Certificate
18. Certificate of Not Staying in Hostel

DR.B.R AMBEDKAR SWADHAR YOJNA: How to apply for ?

1. First of all, students should go to the official website issued by the government. Click here
2. After going to the website, the applicant should verify the Aadhaar card and create his login ID by entering the username and password.
3. If the students have not registered, they should register by entering the email address, mobile number and username password (Email ID and Mobile Number).
4. After registration, the student should come to the site and login.
5. After logging in, you will see two options Hostel Application and Swadhar Application Swadhar Application (Hostel Application & Swadhar Application) and click on the Proceed Application button and start filling the application.
6. After that, in the application information, click on New Application and Swadhar Option and select it. After that, the students should select their course.
7. After that, the students should verify their entire personal information and fill it correctly.
8. After that, the student should fill in all the information like Address Details/Parent Address/Current Qualification/Past Qualification/& Other Details.
9. After filling in all the above information, the documents should be uploaded, including /Rent Agreement/Self declaration/Parents Declaration/Gap Certificate if there is a gap/Attendance Certificate/College under 5km Municipal corporation Certificate.
10. In this way, you can apply for Swadhar.
11. A copy of the above Swadhar filled and a copy of all the uploaded documents should be submitted offline to your nearest social welfare office.

सामाजिक न्याय व विशेष सहाय्य विभागातर्फे अनुसूचित जाती व नवबौद्ध प्रवर्गातील महाविद्यालयात शिक्षण घेत असणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी भारतरत्न डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर स्वाधार योजना ही राबवली जाते.

शासकीय वस्तूगृहामध्ये मर्यादित जागा असल्यामुळे अनुसूचित जाती व नवबौद्ध प्रवर्गातील विद्यार्थ्यांना शासकीय वसतीगृहात प्रवेश मिळत नाही त्यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांच्या शैक्षणिक प्रवेशाला मर्यादा येते. अनुसूचित जाती व नवबौद्ध विद्यार्थ्यांना मॅट्रिकोत्तर शिक्षण घेण्यास अडथळा निर्माण न व्हावे यासाठी भोजन निवास व शैक्षणिक सुविधा उपलब्ध व्हावी यासाठी सामाजिक न्याय व विशेष सहाय्य विभागातर्फे सन 2016 ते 17 पासून भारतरत्न डॉक्टर बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर स्वाधार योजना ही सुरू करण्यात आलेली आहे.

1. अनुसूचित जाती व नवबौद्ध विद्यार्थ्यांना आर्थिक सहाय्य प्रदान करणे.
2. अनुसूचित जाती व नवबौद्ध विद्यार्थ्यांना मॅट्रिकोत्तर शिक्षण घेण्यास अडथळा निर्माण न व्हावे.
3. अनुसूचित जाती व नवबौद्ध विद्यार्थ्यांना भोजन, निवास व शैक्षणिक सुविधा उपलब्ध व्हावी.

DR.B.R AMBEDKAR SWADHAR YOJNA पात्रता काय?

1. विद्यार्थी हा अनुसूचित जाती व नवबौद्ध असावा.
2. विद्यार्थ्याचे वय 18 किंवा 65 वर्षा दरम्यान असावे.
3. विद्यार्थ्याचे कौटुंबिक उत्पन्न 2.5 लाखापेक्षा कमी असावे.
4. विद्यार्थी हा भारत देशाचा नागरिक असावा.
5. विद्यार्थी हा महानगरपालिका क्षेत्रातील स्थानिक रहिवासी नसावा.
6. विद्यार्थी हा महानगरपालिकेच्या हद्दी पासून  5 किलोमीटर  पर्यंतच्या शैक्षणिक संस्थेमध्ये प्रवेशित असावा.
7. विद्यार्थ्यास किमान दहावी व बारावी मध्ये 50% पेक्षा जास्त गुण असावे.
8. विद्यार्थी हा 11th/12th, ITI, DIPLOMA,UG/PG , Professional UG/PG मध्ये शिक्षण घेत असावा.

DR.B.R AMBEDKAR SWADHAR YOJNA अर्ज कसा करायचा?

1. सर्वप्रथम शासनाने जारी केलेल्या अधिकृत वेबसाईट वरती विद्यार्थ्यांनी जावे. येथे क्लिक करा
2. वेबसाईट वरती गेल्यानंतर अर्जदाराने आधार कार्ड व्हेरिफाय करून घ्यावे व  युजरनेम पासवर्ड टाकून आपली लॉगिन आयडी तयार करून घ्यावी.
3. ज्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी रजिस्ट्रेशन केलेले नसेल तर ईमेल ऍड्रेस मोबाईल नंबर व युजरनेम पासवर्ड (Email ID and Mobile Number) टाकून रजिस्ट्रेशन करून घ्यावे.
4. रजिस्ट्रेशन झाल्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्याने साइट वरती येऊन लॉगिन करून घ्यावे. लॉगिन केल्यानंतर तुम्हाला दोन ऑप्शन दिसेल होस्टेल एप्लीकेशन अँड स्वाधार एप्लीकेशन स्वाधार एप्लीकेशन (Hostel Application & Swadhar Application)वरती क्लिक करून Proceed Application बटणावरती क्लिक करावे व अर्ज भरण्यास सुरुवात करावी.
5. त्यानंतर एप्लीकेशन इन्फॉर्मेशन मध्ये न्यू ॲप्लिकेट वरती व स्वाधार हा ऑप्शन (Swadhar Option)दिस दिसेल त्यावर ती सिलेक्ट करावे त्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्यांनी त्यांचा कोर्स सिलेक्ट (Course select)करून घ्यावा त्यानंतर त्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्यांनी आपली संपूर्ण विद्यार्थ्यांची वैयक्तिक माहिती पडताळणी करून योग्यरित्या भरून घ्यावी.
6. त्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्याने Adress Details/Parent Adress/Current Qualification/Past Qualification/& Other Details ही सर्व माहिती भरून घ्यावी.
7. वरील सर्व माहिती भरून झाल्यानंतर कागदपत्रे अपलोड करावी त्यात /Rent Agreement/Self declaration/Parents Declaration/Gap Certificate गॅप असेल तर/Attendance Certificate/College under 5km Municipal corporation Certificate ही सर्व कागदपत्रे भरून घ्यावी.
8. अशाप्रकारे स्वाधार साठी तुम्ही अर्ज करू शकता .
9. वरील स्वाधार साठी भरलेली एक प्रत व सर्व डॉक्युमेंट अपलोड केलेले यांची प्रत ऑफलाईन रित्या तुमच्या जवळच्या समाज कल्याण ऑफिसमध्ये जमा करावी.
